ROBERT F. EVERLY, P.E. & P.L.S. Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor Principal
Robert F. Everly is a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, licensed by the State of Montana in all the civil engineering and land surveying disciplines. Since joining Everly & Associates in 1970, Robert F. Everly has had experience in a wide range of duties, which include land and route surveying; civil / construction design, layout and inspection; preparation of environmental impact statements, various energy conservation projects, project management and costs analysis. By 1977, Robert was responsible for the computerization and systems analysis of the surveying, engineering and business tasks performed by Everly & Associates. In 1988, Computer Aided Design & Drafting was added and additional Engineering Software is constantly being upgraded and updated. In 1993, Robert F. Everly became principal owner of Everly & Associates.
Robert Everly has a BS in Engineering Science at Montana College Of Mineral Science & Technology, as well as a BS in Forestry and Business from the University of Montana; graduating with high honors from both universities. Mr. Everly is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Montana Association of Registered Land Surveyors.
DAVID P. NEELEY, P. L. S.Licensed Professional Land Surveyor
David P. Neeley graduated from Western Montana College (of the University Of Montana) with a BS Degree in Natural Heritage in 1981. Mr. Neeley has 18 years engineering and surveying experience, including Civil, Cadastral and Pre-Construction Engineering Technician and Surveying Skills. David Neeley has been a valuable employee of the United States Forest Service and Headwaters Engineering and Surveying before becoming a full-time employee with Everly and Associates in June, 1996. Mr. Neeley has obtained his License as a Professional Land Surveyor from the Montana State Board of Professional Engineering and Land Surveying in April, 2004.
Mr. Neeley has formal training in GPS Surveying, TDS Data Collection, Land Access and Public Roads, Softdesk Land Development Desktop Software, AutoCAD R.2002 Software, Corner search, and Remonumentation.
LEVI D. MORK, E.I. & L.S.I.Engineering and Land Surveying Intern
Levi D. Mork graduated from Montana Tech of the University of Montana with a BS Degree in Civil Engineering in December 2007. Mr. Mork has 2 years surveying and engineering experience including Pre-Construction Engineering Technician and Surveying skills. Levi Mork played a key role with the American Society of Civil Engineers Club at Montana Tech in the Concrete Canoe Competition and Steel Bridge Competition for three years and is a current member of American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Mork passed his Fundamentals of Engineering exam in April of 2007 and his Land Surveyor Intern exam in April of 2011. Levi Mork began interning with Everly & Associates in May of 2006 and worked full-time through the summer and part-time through the school year until graduation in December 2007 when he began full-time employment with Everly & Associates.Mr. Mork has formal training in Civil Engineering with emphasis on subdivision and road construction, basic surveying techniques, GPS surveying, AutoCAD R.2002 Software, Land Development Desktop Software, TDS Data Collection, Construction Surveying and inspection.
BETSY PALMER, Office Administration
Betsy performs our office secretarial services, bookkeeping and project accounting and tracking services. Betsy has extensive experience as secretary to the accounting manager of the Anaconda Mining Company, as well as office manager and accounting services such as QuickBooks for numerous local businesses.
